Under art. 34 of Consumer Protection Law 24.240, as regulated by Disposición 954/2025, you may revoke your purchase within 10 calendar days from the voucher's issue date, as long as your trip hasn't started and you haven't used the services. The refund is full.

Request it through either of these two channels, with your full name and voucher number. We confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours.
