How we handle and protect your personal data.

At now assistance we process your personal data for the purpose of quoting, issuing and providing the travel assistance services you purchase, as well as complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Data we collect. First and last name, ID document, date of birth, email address, phone number, and trip details (destination, dates, and number of travelers). In the event of an assistance request we may also process health data, solely to coordinate the service and manage reimbursements.

Use and retention. We don't sell your data. We only share it with the medical providers, operations centers, and payment providers required to deliver the service, and we keep it for the legally required periods.

Your rights. You may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your data by writing to now@worldmedicalcare.com. Data subjects have the right to exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless they can demonstrate a legitimate interest to do so sooner.
