Why should I hire assistance with Now Assistance?

We offer a variety of plans for every type of trip, designed to ensure the peace of mind and safety of our travelers. We have a team of professionals available 24/7 to solve any issues quickly, so nothing stops your experience. Ready to go?

What documents do I need to purchase a travel assistance plan?

To purchase a travel assistance plan, you need your ID, trip details (dates, destination), and personal information such as full name and date of birth. Just quote on our website, choose your plan, and follow the steps — it's super easy!

What is an E-voucher? When will I receive it?

The E-voucher is proof of service purchase. It includes a personal identification number from Now Assistance. We suggest keeping it handy during your entire trip, as it will be required if you request assistance. We'll email it to you once the process is successfully completed.

Medical assistance during the trip
What should I do in case of a medical emergency during my trip?

In case of a medical emergency, contact the travel assistance center immediately to get instructions and coordinate the care you need. Our assistance channels are:
WhatsApp: +1 (786) 2091537
Email: now@worldmedicalcare.com
Available 24/7, 365 days a year.

In a life-threatening situation, must I contact you before receiving care?

If you're in immediate life-threatening danger, go to the local emergency service. A relative or companion should contact our Operational Center to provide your location and situation details either before leaving the medical center or, in justified cases, within 24 hours of receiving care.

What if I need medication during my trip?

If you purchase medications that have been authorized by our Operational Center, we'll reimburse you within your plan's coverage limit. You'll need:
· Original purchase receipts and proof of payment.
· Original medical report with diagnosis and prescription. Ask your doctor for these documents — without them we can't process the reimbursement.

Does my local health insurance cover me abroad?

Not all local health insurances cover expenses abroad. It's advisable to have a travel assistance plan that includes international medical emergency coverage.

Non-medical assistance during the trip
What should I do if I lose my passport during the trip?

If you lose your passport, travel assistance can help you contact your embassy or consulate to arrange for a new document.

Does assistance cover lost luggage?

Yes! We'll compensate you up to the limit specified in your plan. To get this benefit, you need to provide our team with the following documentation:
· Original P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) form
· ID or passport
· Assistance voucher
· Original copy of the airline's compensation receipt (check, payment proof), and flight tickets.

How does reimbursement work for delayed or canceled flights?

If your flight is delayed more than 6 consecutive hours from its scheduled time and there's no alternative transportation, we'll reimburse you up to the coverage limit for this benefit for taxi, hotel, meals, and communication costs incurred during the delay.
Important! Remember to keep the original receipts to process the reimbursement.
