Right of withdrawal
You have 10 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw and request a full refund, as long as the trip hasn't started. This right is granted by article 34 of Law 24.240, regulated by Resolution 954/2025. No explanation required.

Cancellation
You can cancel the service at any time, with no phone call and no retention attempts. Cancellation is processed within 24 business hours and confirmed in writing.

If you have a dispute with us that we couldn't resolve, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection office of the City of Buenos Aires.
