All of them include 24/7 phone support in Spanish, telemedicine, and compensation for lost luggage. The difference between plans is the medical coverage amount, the medication and luggage limits, and the add-ons you can include.

Which plan is right for me?

It depends on three things: where you're traveling, how many days, and your age. The United States requires more coverage than South America because hospitalization costs ten times more. Europe requires a minimum of EUR 30,000 under the Schengen Agreement. And from age 66 onward, the available plans change: you can buy coverage of up to USD 200,000, but not the Sports versions or the annual plans.

Our practical recommendation: for South America, Classic 60 is enough; for Europe, Total 100; for the United States, Canada, Japan, or Australia, Platinum 150 or higher.

How much does travel assistance cost?

From USD 3.78 per day per person. The price depends on the number of days, each traveler's age, and the plan you choose; if you travel to a neighboring country, there is also a cheaper regional plan from USD 2.65 per day. For example, for a 10-day trip for a 35-year-old adult, the Classic 60 we recommend for Brazil costs USD 50.20, and the Platinum 150 we recommend for the United States, USD 99.00.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy assistance if I'm already traveling?
Yes. You can buy it even if you're already abroad, but in that case there is a waiting period: a time during which coverage is not yet active. It is counted from the start of the voucher's validity or from payment confirmation, whichever comes later. That's why it's best to buy before you leave: you're covered from the first day of the trip.
Does the plan cover COVID-19?
Yes. Our plans cover medical care for COVID-19 like any other illness, including hospitalization if needed.
What if I get sick at 3am on a Sunday?
You call the emergency center and a real person answers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in Spanish. Important: call before going to an ER. If you get treatment on your own without calling first, your reimbursement may not be covered.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Yes. You have 10 calendar days from purchase to cancel and request a full refund, as long as the trip hasn't started yet (right of withdrawal, Disposición 954/2025).
Does it work for a visa application?
Yes. We issue the coverage certificate in the format consulates require. For the Schengen Area you need a plan of EUR 30,000 or more.
